Konto- und Datenlöschung — CleverCrewConnect

CleverCrewConnect ermöglicht jedem Nutzer, sein Konto und alle zugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten jederzeit löschen zu lassen. Es gibt zwei Wege:

1. In der App (Selbstbedienung)

Solange die App installiert und du eingeloggt bist, kannst du dein Konto direkt selbst löschen:

  1. Öffne die App und melde dich an.
  2. Tippe auf Einstellungen und dort auf Profil & Konto.
  3. Scrolle im Profil ganz nach unten, wähle Konto unwiderruflich löschen und bestätige.

Die Löschung wird sofort ausgelöst.

Hinweis: Bist du der/die einzige Administrator:in deiner Organisation, ist die Löschung gesperrt. Ernenne zuerst eine weitere Person zum Org-Admin oder lösche die Organisation.

2. Per Email (App nicht mehr installiert oder kein Zugriff)

Falls du die App schon deinstalliert hast oder dich nicht mehr einloggen kannst, sende eine Email an support@clevercrewconnect.org mit folgenden Angaben:

  • die Email-Adresse, mit der du registriert warst, und
  • der Hinweis „Bitte Konto und Daten löschen".

Anfragen werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeitet.

3. Was wird gelöscht?

Sofort bzw. innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig entfernt:

  • Profil-Daten: Email, Vor-/Nachname, Telefon, Sprachpräferenz, Qualifikationen
  • Mitgliedschaften und Rollenzuweisungen
  • Eingetragener Stundenstand und Saison-Berichte
  • Push-Token, aktive Sitzungen
  • Lokal gecachte Daten auf deinem Gerät: Sitzungs- und Identitätsdaten werden beim Logout entfernt, der gesamte lokale App-Speicher bei der Deinstallation der App

Backups werden im Rahmen des regulären Backup-Zyklus überschrieben (max. 30 Tage).

Aus rechtlichen Gründen länger aufbewahrt:

  • Audit-Log-Einträge für administrative Aktionen (z. B. Org-Genehmigungen, Rollenwechsel): automatische Löschung nach 12 Monaten.

4. Schattenprofile

Falls du als Erziehungsberechtigte/r für andere Personen (z. B. minderjährige Kinder) Schattenprofile verwaltest, werden diese bei deiner Konto-Löschung an ein anderes Familienmitglied mit eigenem Konto übertragen, sonst gelöscht. Möchtest du nur einzelne Schattenprofile entfernen, kannst du das in der App unter Einstellungen → Profil & Konto → Verwaltete Profile machen.

Account & Data Deletion — CleverCrewConnect

As of: 12 June 2026

CleverCrewConnect allows every user to delete their account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

1. In-app (self-service)

As long as the app is installed and you are signed in, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings and then Profile & account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile, choose Delete account permanently and confirm.

Deletion is triggered immediately.

Note: If you are the only administrator of your organisation, deletion is blocked. First appoint another person as Org-Admin or delete the organisation.

2. By email (app no longer installed or no access)

If you have already uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, send an email to support@clevercrewconnect.org containing:

  • the email address you registered with, and
  • the note "Please delete account and data".

Requests are processed within 30 days.

3. What is deleted?

Removed immediately or fully within 30 days:

  • Profile data: email, first/last name, phone, language preference, qualifications
  • Memberships and role assignments
  • Logged hours and season reports
  • Push token, active sessions
  • Locally cached data on your device: session and identity data is removed upon logout, the entire local app storage upon uninstallation of the app

Backups are overwritten as part of the regular backup cycle (max. 30 days).

Retained longer for legal reasons:

  • Audit log entries for administrative actions (e.g. organisation approvals, role changes): automatic deletion after 12 months.

4. Shadow profiles

If you manage shadow profiles for other persons as a legal guardian (e.g. underage children), upon deletion of your account they are transferred to another family member with their own account, otherwise deleted. If you only want to remove individual shadow profiles, you can do so in the app under Settings → Profile & account → Managed profiles.

Suppression du compte et des données — CleverCrewConnect

Mise à jour : 12 juin 2026

CleverCrewConnect permet à chaque utilisateur de supprimer à tout moment son compte et toutes les données personnelles associées. Deux voies sont possibles :

1. Dans l'application (libre-service)

Tant que l'application est installée et que vous êtes connecté, vous pouvez supprimer votre compte directement :

  1. Ouvrez l'application et connectez-vous.
  2. Touchez Paramètres, puis Profil & compte.
  3. Faites défiler le profil tout en bas, choisissez Supprimer le compte définitivement et confirmez.

La suppression est déclenchée immédiatement.

Remarque : si vous êtes la seule personne administratrice de votre organisation, la suppression est bloquée. Nommez d'abord une autre personne Org-Admin ou supprimez l'organisation.

2. Par email (application désinstallée ou plus d'accès)

Si vous avez déjà désinstallé l'application ou si vous ne pouvez plus vous connecter, envoyez un email à support@clevercrewconnect.org en indiquant :

  • l'adresse email avec laquelle vous étiez enregistré, et
  • la mention « Veuillez supprimer le compte et les données ».

Les demandes sont traitées dans un délai de 30 jours.

3. Que supprime-t-on ?

Supprimé immédiatement ou intégralement dans les 30 jours :

  • Données de profil : email, prénom/nom, téléphone, préférence linguistique, qualifications
  • Affiliations et attributions de rôles
  • Heures comptabilisées et rapports de saison
  • Jeton push, sessions actives
  • Données mises en cache localement sur votre appareil : les données de session et d'identité sont supprimées à la déconnexion, l'ensemble du stockage local de l'application à la désinstallation

Les sauvegardes sont écrasées dans le cadre du cycle de sauvegarde régulier (max. 30 jours).

Conservé plus longtemps pour des raisons légales :

  • Entrées du journal d'audit pour les actions administratives (par ex. approbations d'organisations, changements de rôle) : suppression automatique après 12 mois.

4. Profils gérés (shadow profiles)

Si vous gérez des profils fantômes pour d'autres personnes en tant que représentant légal (par ex. enfants mineurs), lors de la suppression de votre compte ils sont transférés à un autre membre de la famille disposant de son propre compte, sinon supprimés. Si vous souhaitez ne supprimer que certains profils fantômes, vous pouvez le faire dans l'application sous Paramètres → Profil & compte → Profils gérés.

Cancellazione account e dati — CleverCrewConnect

CleverCrewConnect consente a ogni utente di cancellare in qualsiasi momento il proprio account e tutti i dati personali associati. Sono disponibili due modalità:

1. Nell'app (self-service)

Finché l'app è installata e hai effettuato l'accesso, puoi cancellare il tuo account direttamente:

  1. Apri l'app ed effettua l'accesso.
  2. Tocca Impostazioni e poi Profilo & account.
  3. Scorri il profilo fino in fondo, scegli Elimina l'account in modo irreversibile e conferma.

La cancellazione viene avviata immediatamente.

Nota: se sei l'unica persona amministratrice della tua organizzazione, la cancellazione è bloccata. Nomina prima un'altra persona come Org-Admin oppure elimina l'organizzazione.

2. Tramite email (app non più installata o accesso impossibile)

Se hai già disinstallato l'app o non riesci più ad accedere, invia un'email a support@clevercrewconnect.org indicando:

  • l'indirizzo email con cui ti sei registrato, e
  • la dicitura «Si prega di cancellare account e dati».

Le richieste vengono elaborate entro 30 giorni.

3. Cosa viene cancellato?

Rimosso immediatamente o integralmente entro 30 giorni:

  • Dati del profilo: email, nome/cognome, telefono, preferenza linguistica, qualifiche
  • Affiliazioni e assegnazioni di ruoli
  • Ore registrate e rapporti di stagione
  • Token push, sessioni attive
  • Dati memorizzati localmente sul tuo dispositivo: i dati di sessione e di identità vengono rimossi al logout, l'intera memoria locale dell'app alla disinstallazione

I backup vengono sovrascritti nell'ambito del normale ciclo di backup (max. 30 giorni).

Conservato più a lungo per motivi legali:

  • Voci del log di audit per le azioni amministrative (ad es. approvazioni di organizzazioni, cambi di ruolo): cancellazione automatica dopo 12 mesi.

4. Profili gestiti (shadow profiles)

Se gestisci profili gestiti per altre persone in qualità di rappresentante legale (ad es. figli minorenni), alla cancellazione del tuo account questi vengono trasferiti a un altro membro della famiglia con un proprio account, altrimenti cancellati. Se desideri cancellare solo singoli profili gestiti, puoi farlo nell'app in Impostazioni → Profilo & account → Profili gestiti.
